SCHWARZMATTER started from a simple frustration.

We spent years building and running a B2B services company. We were good at the work — clients were happy, projects were delivered, results were real. But finding the next client was always a scramble.

We'd hear about a perfect opportunity two weeks too late. We'd find out a target company had picked someone else because they got there first. We'd spend hours on LinkedIn and job boards looking for signals, wishing someone would just tell us who to call.

So we built that for ourselves. A system for watching our market, catching signals early, and acting before the competition even knew the opportunity existed.

It worked. And then other companies started asking us to do it for them.

SCHWARZMATTER is what happened next. We took the intelligence system we'd built for ourselves and turned it into a service for B2B companies who are tired of inconsistent pipeline and missed opportunities.
